Minutes of Meeting of May 19, 2010
Minutes of the meeting of the Borough of Newtown Zoning Board of Appeals on May 19, 2010, at Borough Room, Town Hall South, 3 Main Street, Newtown. Chairman John Madzula called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Present: John Madzula, Robert Taylor and Kathy Geckle.
Absent: Janet Woycik and Bea Gellert.
Docket B10-02: Application of St. Rose of Lima Parish for a variance to Section 5.04 of the Borough zoning regulations so as to permit the addition of modular classrooms too close to the property line. The property is located at 40 Church Hill Road in a R-1 zone in the Borough of Newtown.
The public hearing could not be held because the applicant did not send out notices of the hearing to the landowners listed on the application. A new date will be set for the hearing.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned by the Chairman at 7:25 p.m.
